Book NowThe health, safety and comfort of your pet is our highest priority. By booking an appointment with Pawsticcerie, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Health & Veterinary Care. Grooming may expose pre-existing conditions such as skin irritation, lumps, ear infections or parasites. We will bring any findings to your attention, but Pawsticcerie does not provide veterinary care and is not liable for pre-existing conditions revealed or aggravated during grooming. In the event of a medical emergency, you authorize us to seek veterinary attention at the owner's expense.
Vaccinations. All pets must be current on rabies and core vaccinations. Please advise us of any health concerns, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your appointment.
Matted Coats. Severely matted coats can only be safely addressed by shaving. De-matting is stressful and painful for the pet; for their welfare we will recommend a shave-down where appropriate. Removing heavy matting may reveal skin redness, irritation, nicks, or hidden conditions, and may temporarily change your pet's appearance. Additional fees apply (see Dematting).
Senior & Special-Needs Pets. Grooming of senior, pregnant, ill, or special-needs pets is performed with extra care, but carries inherent additional risk. Grooming for these pets is provided for cleanliness and comfort rather than appearance, and is undertaken at the owner's request and risk.
Behavior. For the safety of your pet and our staff, we reserve the right to stop or decline a service if a pet is excessively stressed, aggressive, or unmanageable. Owners are responsible for disclosing any history of biting or behavioral issues; additional handling fees may apply.
Accidents & Liability. Grooming involves sharp tools on a moving animal. Although every precaution is taken, occasional nicks or stress-related reactions can occur. In such rare cases, Pawsticcerie's liability is limited to the cost of the grooming service.
Photography. We may photograph your pet before and after grooming for our portfolio and social media. Please let us know in advance if you prefer your pet not be photographed.
Cancellations & No-Shows. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late arrivals may require rescheduling, and repeated no-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee or a deposit for future bookings.
Pick-Up. We ask that pets be collected promptly once grooming is complete, as extended stays cause unnecessary stress.
Right to Refuse Service. Pawsticcerie reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion to protect the wellbeing of any pet or person.
