Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
   
•    Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged in full.
•    Each appointment is eligible for one (1) complimentary reschedule if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
•    Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to fees.
