Cancellation Policy

Health Check Required – Pets must be up-to-date on rabies and flea prevention. Cancellation – Please cancel/reschedule 24 hours in advance . Aggressive Pets – We will do our best, but reserve the right to refuse service for safety. Late Pick-Up – $20 after the grace period (2 hour post-groom). First-Time Pet? – We offer a short introductory “meet & treat” session.
